I'm Hetty Rose, the creator behind Eat More Flowers.

From a young age, I've always been captivated by the beauty and wonder of nature. The vibrant colours, intricate patterns, and the soothing scents of flowers have been a constant source of inspiration in my life.

This deep connection with nature eventually led me to my studies in Herbalism & Flower Essences.

I have completed my Diploma of Health Science through Torrens University, and have completed my Flower Essence training through Australian Bush Flower Essences.
